9″ tall by 5″ wide by 4 3/4″ deep with a 1″ ring on the top for hanging. It is just a little dusty. I hung it then had it on a table, so can be used both ways. I am not a pro knowing about everything that I buy, but I do try to do research as much as I can to give correct information.
