Philodendron “Burle Marx” is a durable and beautiful tropical vine originating from Thailand. Glossy, heart-shaped leaves embellish this gently clumping philodendron that develops runners, making an exceptional ground cover. This specific Philodendron is very easy to grow as an indoor house plant when placed near a window. Adding a trellis will allow the vine to grow vertically. You will receive the plant as shown on the picture or similar in size. Some plants like this Philodendron Burle Marx will have reddish spots along the stems and new growth. Alocasia ‘Low Rider’ is a compact version of the Alocasia ‘Portora’ which features a short plant with large leaves. ‘LowRider’ reaches a height of 16″ with leaves reaching in size of about 2 feet. You will receive the plant as shown on the picture or similar in size. ___ PLANT CARE ___ WATER – Weekly; Soil should stay moist but not wet. During winter, allow top 2″ to dry before watering. Water more frequently during warmer months. This plant is NOT drought-tolerant and will develop brown leaf tips with extended dry periods. Root rot can develop with soggy soil.
