Alocasia 'Low Rider' is a compact version of the Alocasia 'Portora' which features a short plant with large leaves. 'LowRider' reaches a height of 16" with leaves reaching in size of about 2 feet. You will receive the plant as shown on the picture or similar in size. ___ PLANT CARE ___ WATER - Weekly; Soil should stay moist but not wet. During winter, allow top 2" to dry before watering. Water more frequently during warmer months. This plant is NOT drought-tolerant and will develop brown leaf tips with extended dry periods. Root rot can develop with soggy soil. LIGHT - Bright to medium indirect light. Not suited for the intense, direct sun as leaves will burn. HUMIDITY - Normal household humidity is fine, but higher humidity is preferred. Mist weekly. TEMPERATURE - 65°F-77°F (18°C-25°C). It’s best not to let it go below 65°F (18°C).
